  • Q1 Beads believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations can be done anytime after order is placed.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any cancel , refunds to be processed within 24 hrs.to the end customer original source of paymemt.
  • In case of any return , refunds to be processed within 24 hrs.to the end customer original source of paymemt once goods received at our fullfilment centre from customer's place.
  • Returns accepted within 7 days from delivery date.
  • Free replacement within 7 days from delivery date.

Refund Conditions-

  • 100 % refund shall be issued to the customer if courier partner fails to deliver the product to the customer provided that all the shipping details entered during order placement are correct.
  • RTO due to any incorrect order details such as incorrect address/phone number then Forward shipping and Reverse shipping fee to be deducted from the order amount and balance amount to be processed for refund.
