Shipping Rates
--We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

Shipping Time
--All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Once your
order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via
email/WhatsApp to track your shipment.
--For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through top registered
domestic courier companies such as DTDC/Blue Dart/Ecom/
Delhivery/Ekart/ExpressBeas/Shree Tirupati and Indian speed post.
Standard Delivery ] - Free
  • Local orders ( Bengaluru zone) delivery time - 48 hrs.
  • Regional Zone orders ( Karnataka and all south states(KL,TN,TS,AP) zone) - 2-5 days
  • National zone orders ( All other Indian states ) 4-8 days
  • North east states & J &K may take 8-12 days.

  • Applicable for Bengaluru area only.
  • Applicable only for Prepaid order of value above Rs 1000 - Free delivery
  • Applicable only for Prepaid order of any value from Rs199 to Rs 999 , Rs 150 per order
  • COD order to be dispatch via Standard delivery.
  • Orders placed before 5 PM only ,to be eligible for Same day delivery , delivery of goods to be done before 9 PM on the same day.

    • Applicable for all over India.
    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM to be eligible for same day order processing.
    • Applicable for Prepaid orders of any order value. - Rs 150 per order.

     

    [ Cash on Delivery ] terms of uses -

    1.When customer places the order for the first time , we bear the cost of sending

       COD parcel to the customer without collecting money before delivery.

    2. If in case customer refuses to accept the order during delivery for any reason

       then we loose delivery charge to the courier partner.

      Due to such losses do not allow such customer to place new COD order

      again in the future.

    3. In order to avoid losses, such customer's future COD order will not be     processed and may be cancelled without any notice.

    -- Q1 Beads is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 24 hours from the date of the order or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
    -- Delivery of order to be done at the address provided by the buyer during checkout.
    -- Delivery confirmation messages to be sent on your registered mobile number (via WhatsApp message - Shiprocket ) and email ID specified during registration.

    Shipping Restrictions
    •We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses or remote areas that are not serviced by our courier partners. At Q1 Beads, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. However, if you have already paid for the order with a shipping address that our courier partner will not ship to, rest assured a full refund will be initiated.

    Signature Requirement
    • For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, please make alternative arrangements with the courier service.

    • We use Third party courier services for delivery and while we don’t have direct control over their operations, we understand that timely delivery is crucial. In case of any delays or issues caused by the courier service, we want to ensure you that we will do everything within our capability to deliver your order as soon as possible and ensure you have a positive experience with us.
    • If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately via email/WhatsApp. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
    • To avoid any inconvenience, please double-check your shipping address and pin code before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at our customer care number or email. We will try to correct the address details before shipment. However, if the shipment has already been dispatched, we cannot make any changes to the address details.
    • If the order is shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address with wrong pin code, or if the shipment is refused by the customer and the product is not delivered and is returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
    • In case of refunds: Please note that the refund will be made after deducting both the forward and return shipping charges incurred by the company
